The Company

Our client works with some of the world’s best coffee farmers to create unrivalled coffee experiences for their customers and is widely recognised as one of the leading players in the speciality coffee market.

Based in Belfast, the organisation supplies world-class coffee, equipment, training and technical support to speciality coffee shops and premium hotels across Ireland, the UK and Europe.

They are currently looking for a Sales Account Manager to join their brilliant team and increase the sales and awareness of their brand. This is a permanent, full-time role, working 40 hours per week with flexibility required around weekend and evening work.

The Benefits

- Salary of up to £30,000 DOE and qualifications (negotiable for the right candidate)
- Commission (OTE up to £36,000)

The Role

As a Sales Account Manager, you will focus on increasing sustainable growth for the organisation, focusing on creating sales of both coffee products and equipment.

A key aspect of your role will involve the effective and proactive account management of all new and existing clients within your area, ensuring they receive the highest levels of customer service and care.

Promoting the company at all times, you’ll work to business targets and build and maintain a sales pipeline within the end-user coffee shop, foodservice provider and contract caterer marketplaces.

About You

To be considered as a Sales Account Manager, you will need:

- Experience in a field sales role where the customer has been the priority
- A genuine love and passion for customer service and a desire to develop a career as a coffee professional
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Great organisational, planning and time management skills and good intuition
