Call Centre Agent - Customer Service Advisor

£9.90 per hour

We have exciting projects, and we are looking for people to be part of our different teams.


Are you customer focused? Do you have customer service experience?

We have positions open for either inbound and outbound campaigns on behalf of our clients. Dealing with customers, troubleshooting, database management. You must be polite and courteous. Good at listening and asking questions in order to provide the best customer service.

Experience in a phone based role is not essential, but would be advantageous. Full training will be given.

Here's a quick glimpse of what your days will look like as you work with us:

-Answer the caller's questions, determine their needs, and offer solutions to meet those needs
-Accurately enter pertinent customer data and research customer information
-Provide excellent customer service at every touchpoint, and should you need help managing a customer’s concern, your manager will be there to help with resolution
-Responsible for in-depth knowledge of products and services offered, learning about products and staying up-to-date on new product or policy changes.

Skills and Experience

-Regular, predictable, reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
-Previous Insurance, customer service or telephony experience is desirable - but full technical training will be given
-You will have a 'can do' attitude, flexible approach, passion about doing a good job, the ability to work to daily targets and the ability to demonstrate that you are a team player
-Excellent communication skills required to keep customers updated and offer repair solutions within our network
-Demonstrable sense of responsibility, integrity, and resilience with the ability to build trust
-Capacity to work efficiently with both speed and accuracy, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
