SUPPORT WORKER
Required to join a stable support team working with a young man with cerebral palsy and epilepsy living in his own home in Carlyon Bay. The role will involve personal & domestic care, social & leisure outings, and enabling him to be an independent individual.

Previous experience and full driving licence essential.

Permanent(full time & part time), temporary and bank hours covering a 24/7 rota. This will comprise a mixture of shifts including 8am-8am (with an 8-hour sleep),
8am-8pm and 8pm-8am (waking night).

£10.69 - £11.86 per hour.
Sleep shifts of 8 hours are paid at National Living Wage.
Taxable mileage of £0.45 per mile up to 100 miles per shift payable

All meals included

An NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in care and competent IT skills are desirable.

This position requires a fully enhanced disclosure request from the DBS.
You will also be required to register with the DBS Update Service.
