About us
Our Bletchley shop is looking for volunteers to join the team. The Sue Ryder Bletchley shop is situated in the heart of the Queensway shopping thoroughfare?, serving customer?s? in Bletchley and the surrounding villages. We have ?a ?large, bright?,? welcoming store which retails? larger items such as ?electrical items including fridge freezers, washing machines, dryers and microwaves;? as well as a great selection of donated goods including clothing, accessories, bric-a-brac, books, CD’s, DVD’s and children’s wear. We also have a new goods range of garden furniture and Christmas stock.

About you
We are looking for Furniture volunteers as well as other roles, so if you are handy and relatively fit, you'll be able to support us to display, build and sell furniture. This role might require that you research, price, clean, and prepare items for sale.

Please note - we do have a minimum age requirement in our shops of 18. We regret that we cannot proceed with your application if you are not yet 18.

You will also be helping us to inspire communities to provide more care for more people through innovating and collaborating on ways to reduce, reuse and recycle.

Full training will be provided, and travel at a reasonable local rate can be reimbursed for shifts of four hours or more, as agreed with the local manager.

How much time does the role take up?
Volunteering is flexible and can be a regular morning or afternoon. You can opt for weekdays, weekends, or as and when you are available.
