We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, working 40 hours per week.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will manage our sales pipeline by researching and contacting prospective customers and positioning our products as best-in-market solutions.

You will handle sales enquiries and chase down qualified marketing leads, generating new revenue by raising and following up on quotes to close deals.

Supporting the development of a strong brand presence, you will deliver presentations that address customer needs, as well as expanding our brand on LinkedIn.

Additionally, you will:

- Produce daily CRM reports
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Liaise with other departments to ensure successful project delivery

About You

To be considered as a Business Development Manager, you will need:

- Experience of completing projects
- Experience of working in and enjoying the business sales process
- Experience of managing a clean and accurate customer database
- Good commercial acumen
- The ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office 365
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- At minimum, five GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths at grades 4-9 (C-A*)

Ideally, you will have experience of working within the Fire Industry.
