Business Development Manager
Location: Midlands/Wales
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday 37.5hours
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 + Bonus

The Role
To manage, grow and nurture new and existing area accounts at Guardsman. Working with all the relevant departments and stakeholders, the successful candidate will be set key achievable objectives. There will also be an expectation that the candidate will also play an active role in developing a strong deliverable pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Produce a business plan for customer portfolio in line with budget
Provide monthly reports as required by the management team and customers
Identify, Target and Win New Key Account Business with value from £20K to £1 million+
Provide quotes for customers to achieve agreed financial targets
Project manage tender process involving all relevant areas of the business to ensure tender is financially viable and commercial risk is minimised
Full Customer Management of all key specific customer accounts within designated sales area
Maintain existing business through effective customer contact including regular meetings and visits
