Your Role

As a Customer Relations Advisor you will provide a world-class service to customers. In this varied role, you will:

- Provide excellent customer service by email, phone and live chat in English and in one of the following European languages: German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Swedish
- Deal with customer queries on software product licensing, prices, payment information and order status
- Create quotes and follow-up quotes to win orders from our customers
- Accurately process and deliver customer orders by email
- Work with internal and external parties to discuss and resolve any customer issues
- Maintain and update the customer and order database
- Analyse and report on customer feedback.

About You

To be considered as a Customer Relations Advisor you’ll need:

- Written and verbal fluency in English and in one of the following European languages: German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Swedish
- Good organisational skills
- Be able to work under pressure in a busy environment and to meet deadlines
- At a minimum, A Levels or equivalent
- A great attention to detail

Previous customer service experience would be advantageous. Fluency in another language, in addition to English and the languages above would also be beneficial, but this isn’t essential.
