Since 1999, we’ve been guided by our mission to transform lives and the environment. We are based in Bristol, but our projects have expanded across the West of England, Swindon and Derbyshire.

Our Bike Back project has been running in Derby since 2013. We work in partnership with prisons in Stocken and Nottingham to teach men cycle mechanics. The bikes they fix are sold at affordable prices at our community workshop.

As an accredited City & Guilds training centre, we provide bike maintenance courses to the public and offer funded places to those in need of financial support.

We are now looking for an Administrator for Maternity Cover to help us continue delivering our life-changing work.

The Role

As an Administrator, you will provide a range of administrative support to facilitate the smooth day-to-day operation of the bike workshop.

Specifically, you’ll respond to queries online and over the phone, reconcile payments, ensure accurate record keeping and order office equipment, stationery and bike parts.

Supporting the provision of our bike maintenance courses, you’ll manage paperwork and scheduling. You’ll also organise our ‘Dr Bike’ events, responding to booking requests and arranging venues and mechanics.

About You

To be considered as an Administrator, you will need:

- At least one years' experience in an administration / office assistant / customer service experience role
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good level of numeracy
- IT proficiency

The closing date for this role is 5pm on the 7th December 2022.

Interviews will be held on the 13th December.
