The Role

As a Sales Administrator, you will help convert sales to assist with our clients’ signage needs across a multitude of industry sectors.

Supporting the Sales and Estimating Team, you will follow up on client leads, assist the Bid Team with tender submissions and drive the continual growth of the business.

Completing supplier forms and undertaking work to help win new business, you will also maintain the in-house IT systems with customer information and details.

About You

To be considered as a Sales Administrator, you will need:

- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
- The ability to prioritise and work effectively to critical deadlines
- The ability to work independently or as part of a wider team
- A good telephone manner

Experience with a CRM system and Adobe software packages would be beneficial to your application, but full training will be provided.

We operate a flexible working policy with new starters being trained in the office, followed by the option for hybrid working once this is complete.
