The Company

Our client has a vision: to be recognised as the leading provider of specialist education transport for children and young people, particularly those with special educational needs.

They have been in the transport sector for many years and their Directors have used their knowledge and extensive experience to design and set up the best and most effective special needs transport organisation in the country, for which they continue to receive many awards for their service to the sector and stakeholders.

They are now seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join them on a permanent, full-time basis, working 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will support our client’s recruitment activity, ensuring that they hire the best people to join their organisation.

Seeking to source the best applicants, you’ll create and deliver job adverts and proactively develop a portfolio of potential candidates for future opportunities.

You’ll support the screening process, schedule interviews and assist the Internal Recruitment Manager with a range of recruitment projects.

Additionally, you will undertake a range of post-interview administrative duties.

About You

To be considered as a Recruitment Consultant, you will need:

- Experience as a recruiter and/or a background in customer service
- Project management skills
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
