We are currently looking for a Continuous Improvement and Audit Specialist, to join us at our Marston Gate site, on a permanent, full-time basis, to help us complete British Retail Compliance Audits (BRC).

The Role

As a Continuous Improvement and Audit Specialist, you will ensure that we excel during audits and are enabled to provide our customers with the very best service.

Managing the audit process and working with the customer QA Team, you will conduct a variety of scheduled audits to ensure we deliver on expectations during BRC and customer audits.

Driving the improvement of our services, you will identify opportunities to increase efficiency, investigate customer complaints and implement corrections to procedures.

Additionally, you will:

- Report on issues and their resolutions
- Collect and analyse data on cost savings
- Close non-conformance reports   

About You

To be considered as a Continuous Improvement and Audit Specialist, you will need:

- Experience in supporting audits (external and internal)
- Proven experience of improving operational efficiency by delivering improvements
- Excellent knowledge of BRC audits
- A good understanding of HSE
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communications skills
- A Food Standard HACCP qualification at Level 3
- An audit qualification (or equivalent)
