- THE ROLE -

The post holder will be responsible for oversight, co-ordination and assurance of maintenance contractors for planned and reactive maintenance as part of the Estate Customer Services Team. This role requires a highly competent person to process, maintain and assist with development of management arrangements, develop relationships with suppliers and monitor the operational activities. The maintenance services delivered will support the maintained condition of University assets in all campus locations.

We intend to create a 12 month waiting list for same or similar roles within the University.

- ABOUT YOU -

The postholder will be required to be:

- Educated to HNC/HND Level or equivalent in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering, or a related technical discipline.
