- THE ROLE -

The postholder will conduct high quality research and commercialisation activities within the Cognitive Robotics Laboratory, and Intelligent Systems Research Centre. Including defining and scoping potential applied research projects and delivering excellent applied research in collaboration with academic and industry partners.

- ABOUT YOU -

- A Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or cognate discipline.

- Experience of 3D modelling such as CAD, Blender, SolidWorks or equivalent.

- Experience in simulation software, FlexSim, AnyLogic, Simio, Simul8, Siemens or equivalents.

- Experience in simulation workflow i.e. tuning simulations by varying their discretization, constitutive equations, and solver parameters.

- Evidence of experience in programming or scripting languages.
