We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join our Operations Team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Contracts Manager, you will deliver contracts for a diverse and exciting range of projects, on time and within budget.

Specifically, you’ll manage programming, the commercial aspects of projects and resources within each contract, ensuring efficiency and compliance at every stage of the project lifecycle.

Supervising a set of dedicated site teams, you’ll cultivate a collaborative and motivational environment, overseeing progress, setting targets and providing leadership and training to achieve revenue targets.

Additionally, you will:

- Manage expenditure and report on each project
- Identify and secure potential suppliers

About You

To be considered as a Contracts Manager, you will need:

- Experience in the construction sector
- Experience leading negotiations and securing deals
- Experience setting, managing and changing budgets in line with business needs
- The ability to administer JCT & NEC Contracts
- A full, valid driving licence
