Sales Manager (East Coast America) - Private Luxury Events

We are seeking a highly motivated sales junkie. A natural salesperson who thrives on pressure and challenges. You will be highly rewarded for generating leads, closing sales, and exceeding revenue targets. You must be a tenacious and competitive individual who is passionate about sales and achieving success.
Based in the UK and managing American accounts you will have the freedom to manage your diary and hours to fit around your busy lifestyle.

This role leads our American growth strategy; you will be working with luxury suppliers across America (Hotels, Resorts etc). A someone who loves sales, you also enjoy travelling overseas travel for face-to-face meetings, attending industry trade shows and our own incredible events.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media and in-person events.
• Close deals to drive ambitious growth and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Work closely with our commercial director to report on territory growth in line with our ambitious growth targets.
• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead of the competition.
• Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and achieve maximum results.
About you:

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving B2B revenue growth (ideally in hospitality and events).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• You are fearless and thrive on talking to new people every single day, that often means getting past gatekeepers.
• Self-motivated, persistent and able to work independently.
• Change excites you and you can flip your focus as required, things move quickly here.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is desirable.
• Willingness to work long hours and travel as needed to meet business objectives.
