The Position

Working Hours 09:00 - 17:30

Salary: £12,500

Job Purpose:

The Role of UC & CC specialist Apprentice will be the start of your career as part of a dynamic organisation who provide managed services to the UC industry. This is an industry which is constantly evolving, and we require a person who is adaptable to their environments. You will be a key member as part of the Service Delivery team. They provide white labelled services for many well-known household names which will give you invaluable experience across a range of hosted UC and CC platforms. Our experienced teams will nurture your development and encourage developing many skills to enhance your future career. We pride ourselves in providing expert training plans for our staff in line with industry guidelines to allow them to service their roles to the best of their abilities.

In your training you will learn to manage end to end deployments, onboarding and troubleshoot issues across multiple UC & CC platforms including the associated hardware and caballing. You will have an increase technical expertise across voice and Unified Communications platforms.

Typically, we provide service delivery, 1st and 2nd Line Support, troubleshooting and fault resolution and onboarding for both the voice platform and all levels of connectivity from Broadband to Ethernet services.

Duties and Responsibilities:
You will become proficient in Provisioning new services, dealing with requests for Moves, Adds and Changes, managing migration projects, and what it takes to deliver a full communications solution. You will deal directly with our suppliers, our clients and their customers.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Essential: GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English
• Do you enjoy talking to customers and to fix problems, and have an analytical mind and keen attention to detail, but who’s also a good relationship builder?
• Do you enjoy working as part of a team in a busy and varied environment?
• We pride ourselves on offering outstanding customer service so this should also be one of your core values.
• Microsoft Teams Knowledge is advantageous but can be learned.
• You must be customer centric and have a passion to help people with technology adoption and transition.

Future Prospects
After full completion of the apprenticeship, you will be offered a full-time role in the company.
