We are currently seeking a Junior CGI Artist to join our talented team based in Birmingham.  In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for translating our client's brand needs into distinctive visual outcomes. You will achieve this through the design, crafting and implementation of brand experience across multiple touchpoints, and through the application of compelling concept territories, confident creativity, and powerful, consistent activation.
 
You will of course be inquisitive, energetic, and hungry to learn - with a strong desire to develop your technical mastery and artistic craft. You will work closely with the wider CGI team to create a wide variety of high-quality visualisations.

Marks’ operates a Hybrid working model, with your time being split between home and our Birmingham based studio.
 
 
You will:

· Work closely with the Senior CGI team and Design Directorate to understand the brief, deliverables and the technical requirements for every project
· Deliver great work across modelling, lighting, texturing, animation, compositing and retouching
· Develop your craft, understanding of the wider design processes, and the importance of product / brand story telling
· Keep channels of communication open between the Senior Producer, CGI team, Design Directorate and Client Services
· Pro-actively seek guidance when things change
· Assist the team & actively contributing to studio inspiration
 

You'll have:

· 1-3 years experience working in the 3D space, ideally producing brand content
· Exposure to fast paced working environments
· A degree in 3D Design, Animation, Modelling or similar field
· Working knowledge of: Maya, V-ray, Nuke, After Effects, Photoshop
· Endless technical curiosity for CGI across the board (model build, lighting, compositing, retouching, moving image)
· A naturally positive approach to work
· Strong ability to tell a story through a still image
