Now, as we go through an exciting period of growth, we are looking for an End Point Assessment Co-ordinator to join us at our Head Office in Stoneleigh Park, on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As an End Point Assessment Co-ordinator, you will assist the efficient delivery of our End Point Assessment (EPA) service by providing organisational and administrative support.

Acting as a first point of contact, you will manage queries from learners, training providers and employers and build excellent relationships with training providers.

Providing excellent administrative support, you will schedule EPA assessments on our system, manage learner records and confirm learner eligibility for EPA assessment.

Additionally, you will:

- Co-ordinate assessors, employers and candidates for assessment
- Register training providers and assessors
- Manage the storage of documents on our archives

About You

To be considered as an End Point Assessment Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Administration and/or co-ordination experience
- Experience of working with training providers (both colleges and private providers)
- Knowledge of Apprenticeship standards
- Experience of working in a customer service environment
- Experience of managing external sub-contractors
- Experience of operating to quality systems and processes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel
- A full, valid driving licence (and access to your own vehicle due to our office location)

Knowledge of QA systems and processes would be highly beneficial, as would project management skills.

The ability to produce and publish content for online platforms such as websites would also be advantageous.
