We are now looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be tasked with creating and developing a product management function to deliver fantastic products and impress our customers.

Working alongside a talented team of Account Managers, Software Engineers
and the company founders, you will implement first-class product processes and take responsibility for the product backlog and technical roadmap.

You’ll collaborate with the Engineering Team to evaluate requirements and translate highly detailed technical epics and specifications.

Additionally, you will:

- Create products and features that deliver a first-class user experience
- Define the product strategy, tactics and activities
- Ensure the product roadmap is aligned with corporate strategic objectives
- Organise and lead our product backlog refinement sessions
- Help to uncover problems and identify new opportunities
- Evaluate if solutions have solved the problem through quantitative and qualitative measures

About You

To be considered as a Technical Product Manager, you will need:

- At least five years' experience as a product manager, product owner or business analyst
- Experience shipping products and features
- The ability to produce a concise and complete product backlog Stories and Epics
- A deep understanding of Agile methodology and the product design processes
- An understanding of web-based applications
- A blend of creative thinking and business acumen
- Excellent skills of persuasion, negotiation, storytelling, vision setting and communication
- To be highly organised and detail orientated
- Excellent requirements gathering skills
- A passion for building good-quality products and features
