We are currently seeking a Partnership Fundraising Manager to join us on a permanent basis. Advertised as a full-time role, we are happy to discuss flexible working patterns. This is an exciting role for a proactive and motivated individual, looking to make their mark and take the next step in their career.

You will be joining a newly formed Relationship Fundraising team, and leading and building on our corporate partnerships, with a focus on creating long term, high value partnerships. You will have the opportunity to shape and develop our approach, with the support of a team who are all working towards the same goal.

Overview

Our Corporate Partnerships play a crucial role in enabling us to support the health and wellbeing of vulnerable people in communities across the UK. You will play a pivotal role in the expansion and development of our Relationship Fundraising team, with a focus on creating partnerships with businesses that deliver real impact.

The Role

As Partnership Fundraising Manager, you will grow our high-value partnerships, developing new relationships with businesses and managing our current partners.

Managing our corporate partnership pipeline, you will research and identify corporate partnership and fundraising opportunities and develop high quality pitches and proposals and convert these to valuable, long term partnerships.

Providing expert stewardship to partners you will cultivate senior relationships and manage the successful delivery of key partnership programmes.

Your role will also involve:

- Managing budgets for Corporate fundraising
- Provide guidance to colleagues on maximising income from partners
- Managing the Partnerships Fundraiser with the potential to grow the team further according to income growth.

Working Hours

This is advertised as a full-time position, working 35 hours per week, however we are open to discussing flexible working options.

What you’ll need

- Experience of developing, managing, delivering and reporting on successful 5-6 figure partnerships with high profile, national companies
- Proven experience of influencing at all levels to bring in and deliver high value figure partnerships
- Experience of prospect research, developing pipelines and establishing strong relationships
- Proven experience of managing budgets and reporting on financial targets
- Experience of managing teams to deliver on objectives and income targets
- Experience of managing large internal and external projects
- Knowledge of ESG principles and the ability to apply these to create compelling partnership propositions
- The ability and willingness to travel to events and external client meetings when required
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to pitch compelling cases

Ideally, you will have experience of working in a large, complex national organisation and of working with volunteers in a fundraising capacity.
