- ABOUT YOU -
The person we need will be able to make an immediate contribution to the delivery and development of our programme of learning and development activities, encompassing the full range of best practice L&OD provision. Your contribution will be in learning activity design, promotion, delivery, evaluation and more. The role requires knowledge and experience of types of L&D interventions and approaches, some awareness of Organisational Development, and experience of learning event facilitation both in person and virtually.

To be considered as a Learning and Organisational Development, you will need:
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent experience
- Appropriate professional qualification in organisational development or L&D and accredited professional status within specialised discipline e.g. CIPD or equivalent recognised body
- Possesses well developed and proven research and analysis skills, has the ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, generate options and build commitment to identified solutions
- Experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of a broad range of training interventions and facilitation of bespoke learning events, using both an online blended learning and face to face approach
- Experience of building effective relationships, to influence, persuade and interact across all levels of levels of the organisation
- Is able to demonstrate a proactive and innovative approach to presenting, developing and delivering training, with an up-to-date knowledge of development and facilitation techniques and best practice methodology
- Has excellent MS Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint

It would also be beneficial if you had:
- Coaching or mentoring qualification
- Possesses well developed planning, organisational and project management skills
- Experience of using different learning technologies and applications
- Welsh language skills are desirable for this post.
