We’re now looking for GRP Laminators to join our passionate team and help to build our beautiful yachts, working a 40 hour week within flexible parameters, and with the opportunity of extra hours if wanted.

You’ll be playing a critical role in the boat-building process adding your expertise to our process and producing incredible craft.

The Role

As a Laminator, you’ll support the build of our bespoke yachts, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards throughout.

Specifically, you’ll assist with the GRP lay-up of hulls, decks, small moulds and other components for the fit out of new yachts and laminate and bond internal structures and components.

With expert precision and care, you’ll flow coat internal areas and carry out gel repairs, painting and polishing, ensuring an exemplary standard of finish.

About You

To join us as a Laminator, you will need:

- Basic GRP laminating skills
- The ability to work methodically with great attention to detail
- The ability to work well in a team

Knowledge of resin infusion would also be beneficial to your application, as would the ability to read and understand lay-up drawings.
