Douglas and Grahame is a leading brand house, supplying contemporary men’s and boys’ fashion to independent retailers and department stores worldwide.
Douglas and Grahame’s objective was to attract, manage and recruit for senior positions across the UK; however they felt that recruiting in the UK was neither their market nor their strength, and as such, required an international reach to find the right candidates.
Historically, Douglas and Grahame’s approach to sourcing was to use one advertising platform and this often meant campaigns weren’t reaching a wider audience and as a result they missed out on finding quality candidates.

We provided a simple to use Applicant Tracking System allowing for shortlisting and processing of CVs, thus saving time and ultimately reducing their time-to-hire.
