Charlotte Tappin, Recruitment & HR Manager for UHY Hacker Young, has been a long-time user of Webrecruit’s online recruitment advertising services to help the firm overcome their challenge of attracting high quality accountancy candidates. She was also looking for a way to increase direct hiring within the business.
We wanted to push direct hiring rather than using agencies but we didn’t have the right technology in place. We needed an efficient way of being able to do our own hiring and easily pull candidate details off the system.”

Webrecruit ATS is easy-to-use and it does exactly what our business needs; we’re a medium sized firm and it meets all our requirements. It’s accessible and reliable. The customisable email templates within the system are great as they make it easy to communicate with candidates. It’s also helpful for managing agencies and monitoring candidates so we can see exactly what stage of the process they’re at.”
