How Webrecruit partnered with Exmoor National Park Authority to reinvigorate their recruitment advertising

“We used to write our job advertisements ourselves, but we really wanted to get across a message about who we are as an employer which is flexible and friendly. We didn’t advertise much online (bar social media adverts) and relied primarily on print advertising and wanted to increase our digital, online reach to access more candidates.”
