“We used to write our job advertisements ourselves, but we really wanted to get across a message about who we are as an employer which is flexible and friendly. We didn’t advertise much online (bar social media adverts) and relied primarily on print advertising and wanted to increase our digital, online reach to access more candidates.”

“We have seen an upswing in candidate throughput and, by and large, the quality of candidates has improved and become more diverse. As well as increasing our footprint as an employer through advertising more widely, it is important we use the right platforms as well!”
