Guild Care make sure all people in need of care live fulfilling, safe and secure lives and this is achieved through their vision of ensuring support and services are accessible, effective and lovingly delivered.
The Challenge
We caught up with Rebecca Sinclair, Recruitment Manager for Guild Care, regarding their experience of utilising Webrecruit’s proprietary recruitment software, Webrecruit ATS, an intuitive Applicant Tracking System.
Guild Care were searching for an ATS system due to their reliance on manual and spreadsheet-led processes which were both time consuming and admin heavy.
“We were essentially running our recruitment via Excel where lots of information was required to be input which could be fiddly and was a very manual process. We needed a system that was easy to use for all parties and would provide more accurate and customisable reporting.”
