“LSEC were looking for recruitment advertising support to help with our more difficult to fill positions; some roles we know are easier to fill and therefore we largely advertised on our careers site and some sector specific job boards. However, we were struggling to get our more difficult to fill or time-conscious roles in front of the right candidates.

 

We also face competition from other education institutions (public, private and state) as well as being in the buoyant London employment market which can make competition fierce!”
