How Webrecruit partnered with North York Moors National Park to optimise their recruitment advertising
North York Moors National Park Authority looks after one of the most phenomenal parts of the British Isles. North York Moors National Park wanted to update their recruitment processes to secure the very best talent for their open vacancies and were referred to Webrecruit through our partnership with other National Parks.
“Historically, the hiring manager would create an advert and send that to be posted across the job boards and platforms; style could vary quite a lot, as well as the length of said adverts and they could also take quite a while to reach us. Understandably, a hiring manager may not be an expert at creating job advertisements so the process could take longer which in turn could hold up hiring.
Furthermore, we would send the job advertisement to our previous advertising partner and the role would then be posted out from there across the platforms; there wasn’t much communication, nor was there much value add, and we began to feel we needed more from an advertising partner to secure the best candidates”
