“I inherited the partnership with Webrecruit from my predecessor, and it has been such a relief to do so.

 

In previous roles before joining Royal Parks, all the advertising was done in-house, which meant I’d spend a lot of my day creating and promoting job advertisements and processing invoices, instead of doing my other jobs.

 

My average day would look so different without Webrecruit; I can rely on them for quality and speedy recruitment advertising support, which lets me get on with other things.

We’ve had feedback from people complimenting our adverts’ tone, saying they’re really friendly and welcoming, which aligns with the brand we want to be presented [thank you, copywriting team].

 

Recruitment campaigns this year have been successful, with a steady number of applicants each time we run job advertisements. Even last year [2022], when recruitment was difficult, we only had to re-run a couple of adverts; most of the time, the campaigns provided the needed results, so we’ve been happy with the number of applications we’ve gotten.”
