The Challenge


Twenty7Tec Group was advertising its vacancies via a selection of online job boards, as well as working with recruitment agencies for some of its more specialist roles, such as Developers and Business Analysts.

Stuart Kirby, Twenty7Tec Group’s Financial Controller and Director of Operations, was looking for an effective way of displaying all existing vacancies on their website.

We were looking for a careers site that was cost-effective and could be turned around quickly; we didn’t want to wait months to get it up-and-running. Our main priority was to push our brand out there and allow candidates to register their interest in working for us so we could build a pool of talent that we could tap into at a later date.”

The Solution


Due to the need to get their careers site up-and-running quickly, Twenty7Tec Group approached Webrecruit and selected our templated careers site option.

We don’t have a huge amount of vacancies to advertise at any one time so we didn’t need something completely bespoke. I was impressed when I saw Webrecruit’s careers site template because it was simple, clean and unfussy, and we could adapt it to match our own branding and colours. We also liked that we could be in total control of updating our careers site; when we post a new vacancy to Webrecruit ATS, we can post it to the careers site at the same time.”

The new Twenty7Tec Group careers site was based on our single-page template, which includes job alert functionality that allows potential candidates to register for email alerts of future vacancies. This enabled Stuart and the team to capture the interest of talented candidates even when there weren’t any roles available.
