James Gray

Group Chairman

James has over 25 years’ Board-level experience as founder & investor for a number of tech-enabled businesses across the UK and USA, as well as CEO of Ingram Digital Group. James is currently CEO of Kortext, the UK’s leading provider of digital textbooks to Universities and students globally.

David Jones

David Jones

Managing Director, Webrecruit

David has 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, including 17 years in leadership roles in search and selection, agency, digital advertising and recruitment software, and brings a wealth of experience growing scalable businesses to the Webrecruit team.

Jeremy Duckworth

Director

Jeremy is a Big 4-trained accountant, ex Investment Banker (Executive Director at UBS specialising in TMT), and previously CFO at WilliamsF1 and Haymarket Media Group.  He is currently CFO at Kortext, the UK’s leading digital textbook platform in the HE sector.

John Kasumovic

Director

John has been on the leading edge of IT management and software development services for over a decade. Having held various executive technology roles, he has built a global network of development professionals and is passionate around helping companies enable huge growth & scale via technology.

Managing Director

David brings a wealth of Board-level experience at private and VC-backed recruitment companies, and steers Webrecruit’s mission to transform hiring through the power of leading edge recruitment technology and digital advertising, as well as traditional customer service.

Jasper Kashap

Jasper Kashap

Operations Director

Jasper joined Webrecruit in 2009, after graduating  with a degree in Mathematics and Finance. He has held numerous roles across the business and, as a result, has in-depth knowledge of Webrecruit’s operations. Jasper also manages our Webrecruit ATS platform and oversees the strategy, specification, design, development and support of the system.

Matt Hildred

Chief Technology Officer

Matt oversees all aspects of delivery for our software suite, from technical design, implementation, testing and deployment, and reporting the progress of development. He also heads up Webrecruit’s Development Team.

Adele Small

Adele Small

Head of Sales

With a strong background in sales and customer service, Adele is an Associate Member of the Institute of Sales Management (ISM) and oversees our team of Client Relationship Managers. Since joining Webrecruit in 2012, she has brought a number of our key accounts on board.

Timothy Chapman

Timothy Chapman

Head of Client Services

Strategic and hands-on, Tim has extensive experience in recruitment, HR and marketing and is a member of the CIPD and CIPR. He oversees the Client Services function at Webrecruit to ensure we provide a smooth, efficient and consultative experience to our customers.
