Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking

Respecting human rights and environmental issues in the supply chain is ultimately our supplier’s responsibility. That said, we all have a responsibility to be alert to the risks however small in our business and the wider supply chain. Additionally, as customers we seek to play an active role in supplier development and will be adopting various means to clearly communicate our expectations to our suppliers.

Webrecruit recognises that slavery and forced labour can take many forms, including human trafficking and child labour. We maintain regular contact and relationships with our suppliers, we will review all current suppliers for compliance with the Act and will ask new suppliers to confirm that they are complying with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

To date we have not been made aware of any human trafficking / slavery activities within the supply chain but if any were highlighted to us then we would act immediately in accordance with our legal and moral obligations.
