Richard Elliott – Managing Director

Richard has been with Webrecruit from the very start guiding the business from zero clients, when launching in 2010, to over 700 in a few short years. Like most growing SME businesses Richard would oversee the key areas of Sales, Service Delivery, Marketing and Technological developments. He has been involved in the Recruitment and Recruitment Marketing sectors for nearly 15 years, witnessing at first hand the vast developments of how technology and the web has changed the recruitment landscape.

Richard is a regular speaker at HR/Digital Conferences discussing recent recruitment innovations and how companies can reduce their recruitment costs. He is continually looking to revolutionize the Recruitment industry on this island and was delighted to be presented, on behalf of Webrecruit Ireland, with ‘Recruitment Innovator of the Year’ through the Irish News Workplace and Employment Awards in 2012 and again in 2014. Through his previous employer, Richard was also awarded an Irish Times Cedar Award for the General Management category.

Richard is a graduate in Business Administration and has also completed further qualifications through the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

Richard enjoys Rugby – watching it rather than playing these days. A previous Marathon runner, the only running he does now is running after, and trying to keep up with, his three year old son.
