Webrecruit Holdings Limited announces the acquisition of Anderson Spratt Group’s (ASG) 49% shareholding in Web Recruit Ireland Limited (“Webrecruit Ireland”), strengthening Webrecruit’s presence across the UK and Irish recruitment market.

Webrecruit Holdings Limited (“Webrecruit”), the UK’s leading online hybrid recruiter, announces it has acquired the 49% shareholding in Webrecruit Ireland Limited held by ASG Ltd. Webrecruit Ireland Limited is now 100% owned by Webrecruit.

The acquisition will enable Webrecruit Ireland’s clients to fully utilise the recruitment technology developed in-house by Webrecruit, as well as further enhancing clients’ access to the broader UK employment market and positioning the business for significant growth over the coming years.
