Webrecruit launches Applicant Tracking System and Bilingual Careers Site for Welsh Parliament (Senedd Cymru)

Following a tender process, Webrecruit has successfully implemented an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and bilingual Careers Site for Welsh Parliament, Senedd Cymru.

Webrecruit, a leader of innovation and transformation in the recruitment industry, was awarded the contract to provide Welsh Parliament, commonly known as the Senedd, with an online recruitment system. The contract will last for an initial term of five years, with an option to extend for a further five years.

David Jones, Managing Director at Webrecruit says:

“I am delighted to see the successful launch of the Senedd’s ATS and Careers Site. Webrecruit is looking forward to partnering with the Welsh Parliament over the coming years to help them provide a bilingual and equal technological candidate experience. We are confident that our cutting-edge recruitment software’s Welsh language pack will assist the Senedd to continue delivering against its official languages responsibilities and ambition.”

Jan Koziel, Contract Manager and Head of Procurement at the Senedd says:

“The Senedd was looking for an online recruitment system that could provide a fair and equal candidate experience in both Welsh and English. Webrecruit ATS stood out to us as it gives us complete control over the translations held in the software, rather than relying on automated API translations. The system is user-friendly and contains all the functionality we required, including the ability to manage and distribute jobs, raise job requisitions, onboard new hires and communicate effectively with our candidates. We are excited to measure the impact this technology has on our candidate and hiring manager experience and the Welsh Parliament’s ability to increase the diversity of our talent pipeline moving forwards.”

13 Ionawr 2021

Yn dilyn proses dendro, mae Webrecruit wedi llwyddo i lansio System Olrhain Ymgeiswyr a Safle Gyrfaoedd Dwyieithog ar gyfer Senedd Cymru.

Dyfarnwyd contract i Webrecruit, sy’n geffyl blaen o ran arloesi a thrawsnewid y diwydiant recriwtio, i ddarparu system recriwtio ar-lein i Senedd Cymru. Bydd y contract mewn grym am bum mlynedd yn y lle cyntaf gydag opsiwn i’w ymestyn am bum mlynedd arall.

Dywedodd David Jones, Rheolwr Gyfarwyddwr Webrecruit:

“Rydw i wrth fy modd bod System Olrhain Ymgeiswyr a Safle Gyrfaoedd y Senedd wedi’u lansio’n llwyddiannus. Mae Webrecruit yn edrych ymlaen at weithio mewn partneriaeth â Senedd Cymru dros y blynyddoedd nesaf i’w helpu i ddarparu profiad dwyieithog a thechnolegol i ymgeiswyr. Rydym yn hyderus y bydd pecyn iaith Gymraeg ein meddalwedd recriwtio dyfeisgar yn cynorthwyo’r Senedd i barhau i gyflawni ei gyfrifoldebau a dyheadau ieithoedd swyddogol.”

Dywedodd Jan Koziel, Rheolwr y Contract a’r Pennaeth Caffael yn y Senedd:

“Roedd y Senedd yn chwilio am system recriwtio ar-lein a allai gynnig profiad teg a chyfartal i ymgeiswyr drwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg. Roedd System Olrhain Ymgeiswyr Webrecruit wedi creu argraff arnom gan ei fod yn rhoi rheolaeth lwyr i ni dros y cyfieithiadau yn y feddalwedd, yn hytrach na dibynnu ar gyfieithiadau API awtomataidd. Mae’r system yn hawdd i’w defnyddio ac yn cynnig yr holl swyddogaethau roeddem yn chwilio amdanynt, gan gynnwys rheoli a dosbarthu swyddi, gwneud cais i lenwi swydd, cynefino gweithwyr newydd a chyfathrebu’n effeithiol gyda’n hymgeiswyr. Rydyn ni’n edrych ymlaen at fesur effaith y dechnoleg hon ar brofiadau ymgeiswyr a’n rheolwyr cyflogi yn ogystal â chynyddu gallu Senedd Cymru i gynyddu amrywiaeth yn ein llif talent i’r dyfodol.”
