Following a tender process, Webrecruit has successfully implemented an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and bilingual Careers Site for Welsh Parliament, Senedd Cymru.
Webrecruit, a leader of innovation and transformation in the recruitment industry, was awarded the contract to provide Welsh Parliament, commonly known as the Senedd, with an online recruitment system. The contract will last for an initial term of five years, with an option to extend for a further five years.

Yn dilyn proses dendro, mae Webrecruit wedi llwyddo i lansio System Olrhain Ymgeiswyr a Safle Gyrfaoedd Dwyieithog ar gyfer Senedd Cymru.
Dyfarnwyd contract i Webrecruit, sy’n geffyl blaen o ran arloesi a thrawsnewid y diwydiant recriwtio, i ddarparu system recriwtio ar-lein i Senedd Cymru. Bydd y contract mewn grym am bum mlynedd yn y lle cyntaf gydag opsiwn i’w ymestyn am bum mlynedd arall.
Dywedodd David Jones, Rheolwr Gyfarwyddwr Webrecruit:

Roedd System Olrhain Ymgeiswyr Webrecruit wedi creu argraff arnom gan ei fod yn rhoi rheolaeth lwyr i ni dros y cyfieithiadau yn y feddalwedd, yn hytrach na dibynnu ar gyfieithiadau API awtomataidd. Mae’r system yn hawdd i’w defnyddio ac yn cynnig yr holl swyddogaethau roeddem yn chwilio amdanynt, gan gynnwys rheoli a dosbarthu swyddi, gwneud cais i lenwi swydd, cynefino gweithwyr newydd a chyfathrebu’n effeithiol gyda’n hymgeiswyr. Rydyn ni’n edrych ymlaen at fesur effaith y dechnoleg hon ar brofiadau ymgeiswyr a’n rheolwyr cyflogi yn ogystal â chynyddu gallu Senedd Cymru i gynyddu amrywiaeth yn ein llif talent i’r dyfodol.”
