Webrecruit, a leader of innovation and transformation in the recruitment industry, has successfully implemented an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and bilingual Careers Site for University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD), one of Wales’ leading higher education institutions.

Following their appointment as a supplier on the National Education Recruitment Advertising and Resourcing Services (NERARS) framework, Webrecruit connected with UWTSD at the Universities Human Resource (UHR) conference and after a series of demonstrations and presentations, was awarded a three-year contract to provide an ATS and accompanying careers site to assist the University in its recruitment of staff.

David Jones, Managing Director at Webrecruit says:

“We initially met with University of Wales Trinity Saint David following attendance at the UHR event and we’re delighted that they’ve selected Webrecruit as their staff recruitment technology and careers site provider. We’re passionate about helping institutions within the education sector to innovate and provide a first-class candidate experience, and we’re particularly pleased to have onboarded a fantastic Welsh university that can utilise our cutting-edge Welsh language translation tools.”

Jane O’Rourke, HR Director at University of Wales Trinity Saint David says:

“After being introduced to Webrecruit via the UHR Conference, we were impressed by how user-friendly and cost-effective their Applicant Tracking System was, while offering all the functionality we required to recruit across our multiple sites. However, it was the facility to recruit bi-lingually in line with our Welsh language commitment that led to us selecting Webrecruit as our recruitment technology supplier of choice. We’re looking forward to partnering with them over the coming years to transform our recruitment efforts and provide an excellent bilingual candidate experience.”
